Internet tranfer / ATM deposit / Cash deposit at Bank counters in Ringgit Malaysia (or US Dollar for International Order). Kindly inform us by email once you have make your payment, to expedite delivery.

For an international order (all are in US Dollar), please noted, the amount that you view on moms-world.net are not included freight charges.

For the payment outside of Malaysia (International), ou can pay by Telegraphic Transfer (TT) / Western Union, which offer the convenience and fast delivery. Please log on http://www.westernunion.com for detail information or contact your local Western Union agent.

Orders Cancellation

We regret that orders cannot be cancelled or altered once it has been processed and delivered. You may however arrange for exchange after you have received your orders. Please refer to our Returns and Exchanges policy.

Returns and Exchanges

We regret that Returns and Refunds cannot be accommodated. However, we will gladly accept any request to exchange that is made within 7 working days from the date of receiving your items, which is subject to confirmation with us either by email, messenger or telephone. The following guidelines apply:

Returns cannot be accepted on worn, soiled, stained or washed merchandise
Items to be returned / sent back with their original packaging, in a re-sellable condition
Discounted / special priced items are final sales and will not be accepted for Returns/Exchanges
Return Items should be sent to us at Customer's own cost. Delivery or shipping fees are not refundable

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or items damaged on the way back for a return / exchange. Please pack your returned items properly to ensure that items do not get damaged in transit and register/insure them if sending by post.

How to Shop Online

Thank you for your interest in our products.

If you are a new shopper and have not yet registered simply click on the Log In at the top of the page to set-up your personal shopping profile. If you already have a personal USER ID and password, just log in to access your personal shopping cart.

To shop online:

Select the main product category on the Home Page that describes the item you are looking for.
Click on the Product Image or Product Namel to learn more about each item .
There are 2 ways to add item to your shopping cart: -

Under the Product Category Listing, fill up the quantity to purchase, while finished simply click on Add selected products to cart and it will be added to your personal shopping cart.
or Under Product Detail screen, fill up the quantity to purchase, then click on Add this to my cart

Any time you would like to see the details about what's in your shopping cart, click on the Shopping Cart
button. This will list all the items in your shopping cart along with the individual pricing and quantity of each item. While in this view you can change the quantity of items or even remove items you do not wish to purchase.
When you are ready to complete your on-line purchase and checkout, simply click on the Checkout
. If you have not already logged in, you will be asked to log in now.
On the Destination Information page, you can change your delivery destinations for your order.
Then click continue to access Payment Information page. Our Delivery Charges is calculated based on packaging weight and size. Please check our Delivery Charges as stated above.
Click continue to confirm your order.
Once your order has been submitted a confirmation screen will present you with your Order Confirmation Number. Please keep this number as a reference for your order.
